Before I subscribed to Savor + Sweat, I was in a dinner rut, cooking the same handful of things for my family every night. Erin’s recipes are so delicious and her classes are fun and easy to follow. No crazy obscure/expensive ingredients either. The whole family enjoys my new recipes and I feel so good about what I’m feeding them.
I’d been wanting to try dance cardio for years, but was too nervous to do so at a studio. I did a free Sweat trial so I could try it alone and instantly became hooked. It is SO fun! It doesn’t even feel like I’m working out, but I am dripping sweat by the end of the workout.
Erin’s energy, motivation and discipline are contagious! I’ve learned so much from her classes and she never fails to inspire me. She makes clean eating and staying active seem effortless and you’ll want what she’s having!
I never found video classes fun nor motivating, but heard so many good things about Erin’s, I decided to give Sweat a try. Now I am hooked. Erin has the most amazing energy and there is a lot of diversity in her workouts, so I have yet to get bored. The workouts are easy to follow and fun to do!
